Our teachers felt genuinely appreciated after hearing LaDonna’s message. Teachers who NEVER email me, emailed me about how great her presentation was. One of them said, ‘I can teach for another year because of what I’ve heard here today.’
— Hereford ISD
This conference was faced with two challenges; the devastation of Galveston from Hurricane Ike and economic downturn. In spite of those challenges, we had a successful conference, and people came away energized and optimistic. I attribute a great part of that optimism and energy to LaDonna Gatlin and the message she presented to our attendees. Her presentation was spiced with humor, introspection and the message to “Do the Right Thing.” She reinforced their beliefs in taking care of business the right way.
— Texas Schools Risk Managers Association
The message you sent has been held inside the hearts of each member of our staff. I can assure you that it has in mine. This has allowed us to open our souls to kids and give them the best we have to offer.
— Rogers ISD
She has a genuine love for public education and educators which is evidenced in her message. You cannot find a better speaker to talk to educators.
— ESC Region 14
Not only did she entertain the superintendents with her captivating voice…she also affirmed the value of public education and left them reflecting upon the importance of their lives and their work.
— Region 10 Superintendents’ Academy
