A personal note from LaDonna:

“Speaking to healthcare audiences gives me the opportunity to give something back. I can never thank you enough for the role you’ve played in the lives of my family. We have all been on the receiving end of your compassionate care.

My husband and best friend for more than 35 years is a two time cancer survivor.

My father is a triple bypass AND cancer survivor.

My mother-in-law has Alzheimer’s Disease.

My niece has Juvenile Diabetes.

I suffer with depression. Go figure…a motivational speaker who suffers from depression. I have learned that this disease is no respecter of persons. I would not be here today if it weren’t for caring healthcare professionals who put me on the road to recovery and help me win daily victories over this invisible disease.”
